spacious room coffee machine large pool area missing slippers absent toiletries unswept patio

the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. it included a coffee machine and mini bar. the main pool area was large with plenty of sun beds.

i requested slippers after day four. prestige elba toiletries were nonexistent. the patio area was never swept and leaves built up.

the room was big it had a comfortable bed

i booked a room for a quiet ambience but it was near the family area it had noise and falling leaves the prestige service was not worth the extra charge the toiletries were half used refills and the patio was never swept
